* Cleared payment must be received prior to orders being despatched
* In most cases orders are despatched within 3 working days, however please allow 7 working days
* All items are posted standard 1st Class post. If recorded or special delivery is required please state at time of ordering and note that this will be charged extra
* Postage charges are estimated per order and will be included in confirmation email from myself. If you are unhappy with these charges please email enquiries@leodesigns.co.uk immediately in order for it to be rectified prior to order being despatched. Postage charges include time, handling and packaging costs - it is not my intention to make profit on postage costs.
* In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please email enquiries@leodesigns.co.uk If the situation cannot be rectified I am happy to offer a refund for card cost only (not P&P) as long as the item is returned to me within 7 days of receipt and is in it's original condition. The refund will be issued by the same means as payment was made once the returned item has been received by myself.
* I regret that I cannot offer refunds for personalised items, unless I think it can be put on general re-sell. if you are unhappy with a personalised item please email enquiries@leodesigns.co.uk and I will do my utmost to find a solution for you.
*All cards are handmade by myself and therefore may vary slightly to those shown. Likewise a number of cards are one off designs and whilst I try to keep the site continually updated there may be ocassions where unique cards become out of stock and unavailable for re-ordering.
* Cards come in three main sizes which are indicated by the card title - cards marked (sm) measure 88 x 114 mm, cards with no size stated measure 104 x 152 mm and cards marked (lg) measure 150 x 203 mm. Any cards that differ from these three stated will have the measurements alongside them
